Это первый альбом, спродюсированный Джерри Финном, который будет работать с группой на протяжении ещё двух студийных альбомов. Enema of the State - первая работа Blink-182 с новым барабанщиком Тревисом Баркером, заменившим Скотта Рэйнора.
